Mother’s Day 2027 is Sunday, May 9. Two Chattanooga traditions anchor the day: the Chattanooga Market’s Mother’s Day Sunday at First Horizon Pavilion, which the market says it has held for more than 25 years, and the Sunday brunch rush along Main and Market streets. Public House on Market Street, closed every other Sunday, opens for Mother’s Day. Neither had posted 2027 details by Oct. 18, 2026; we will add them as they are published.

  • jewelry, hand-poured candles, soaps and arts and crafts
  • lunch from local eateries and farm foods to take home
  • live music

Market hours are Sundays 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and admission is free (2025 Mother’s Day post). Our farmers markets guide has the market’s season and weekly details.
